Great Wahoo
By Lanzarote Fishing | September 19, 2008
Yesterday on the Katfish we had a great day of fishing. The main catch was a magnificent wahoo of more than 30 kilos caught by a very nice guy from London (arsenal supporter) after a great 35 minute fight. Later on, we caught a couple of barracudas of about three kilo each, and an atlantic bonito of also three kilo, plus plenty of smaller fish.
Last week was not so good, we are now just going out fishing three or four days per week (less tourism in September), but in any case saturday we had an impressive stingray of about 50 kilos that we managed to release off the hook and drop it back into the sea.
